Do complexes prevent a blitz?

@The_Good_Captain The rule applies in all sea battles where there are sea units allied to the attacker present, regardless of the type(s) of defending German sea units. The rule mentions only German subs because the author failed to take into account the possibility that the situation could also exist with German surface units if they were mobilized in a hostile sea zone. This oversight was corrected in the Axis & Allies Pacific Rulebook.

This isn’t quite correct, since it says you can move into the neutral but not through the neutral. Your unit stops in the friendly neutral and the neutral becomes your territory at the end of the noncombat phase.

add this to house rules maybe? i would if the russians in a group can take germns/hold the line then make germans better blitz capitals shouldnt b blitz though!

Thanks for the quick answer.  I can accept that it was legal, but can it ever be right for sons to bomb their own father?  Well, I suppose that it’s all my fault, since I attacked first.

However, if you start with the territory, ex. Leningrad, Archangel? for the Russian, those territories can build unlimited units for Russia.
