I was playing on a different computer and hadn’t saved after that last throw of 2 dice for American subs.

I was about 50.1% deciding to do that battle. I could just see them both going down and only sinking maybe 1 sub.
I actually didn’t realize I had this attack when doing US subs. I was just kinda irresponsible there too, figured they didn’t have much else they could do except be bomber target practice. My bumbling around was blessed by that dice

Well. Don’t forget the sub attack was almost a total failure and then when it came around to UK it was a hard decision to go after all the rest (the whole fleet minus just one transport)
