    Just a note:

    Red Army Conscription Infantry can be placed at any original Soviet factory with a few exceptions:

    Exception 1:
    The Moscow factory can spawn a maximum of 20 Red Army Conscription Infantry units

    Exception 2:
    The Volgograd factory can spawn a maximum of 6 Red Army Conscription Infantry units

    All other Soviet factories can spawn a maximum of 3 Red Army Conscription Infantry - unless that factory is upgraded to Heavy Industry 1 Unit.

    The Red Army Conscription Infantry units are treated as all other regular Infantry units.

    So they also count towards the production capacity of a factory.

    The only exception is the Special Placement Option that concerns the Moscow and Stalingrad factories.

    Tambox Fctry already placed 3 but you could put 1 of the Conscripts in Vologda since it only moved one spot.

    Also, I had to place the Luftwaffe Ace in moscow. I thought I had fixed it and it shows fixed in the xml. Guess it must have been after we started.

    just noticed you moved your soviet Fctrys a total of 4 spaces. You can only move 3 as they cost 1 Rail per space to move. They will auto die if captured.

    I will see if I can make them require the Rail for movement.

    Ah ok. In this case the factory in Vologda (coming from Tambov if I rememver correct) will only to Samara as well as the units in Vologda (they came from Ural and Russia I believe)
