Unexpectedly, the program removed the 2 Russian fighters and tac at the end of the J11 NCM: 2 fighters and 1 tactical_bomber could not land in Southern Persia and were removed. I am not sure why as Japan and Russia are not at war and the 16 infantry were allowed to remain. Do you know of any rule for why the Russian air (but not land forces) were removed?
