Yeah, I needed to give it a longer think, and I just wanted to post it so I could re-load if I messed up my purchases. :)

@zlefin I think without a british bid one is able to go for 111 and 110 and at least 1 sub against 106. So that becomes more common. But some form of British bid is pretty common and it does make sense since that is one of the places where you can immediately limit German attacks.
