Ive been second guessing since I wrote it but since I said it and it’s been a while so I think I should stick with it. The logic was just that without destroyers my air can’t hit your subs so should hit more of your air and surface ships.

I took a Luftwaffe as a casualty in z97. If you prefer an Italian, you can edit.
