I remember hating TripleA when I first started it
I’m hoping for the “fog of board” to affect us both
This one’s for fun! But you know I will do everything possible to overcome that start.

I’ll look at those dice again - I think there were only two hits in round one of Paris which is also much more weighty than the average dice shows because the allies got a lot more shots back

Not only some of the tiny borders (our extensive knowledge of the G40 board will help a lot with that) but the different places they put the units and transports look like warships to me.
So misunderstanding what units are where could be absolutely disastrous.
You have to have a first game before you can have a 10th, right?
I love the flesh in the infantry and the torpedos on the tacs

TWO hits in Paris. All 6 tanks missed.
Allies roll UP a hit in defense - FIVE
Germans ALMOST average in round 2
Allies roll UP ANOTHER hit in round 2 looool
Germans roll DOWN TWO in round 3 what in the world
Allies roll UP almost ANOTHER HIT in round 3???
Germans roll DOWN more than another hit in round 4 this is unbelievable
Allies almost roll one hit under for once
And then when it doesn’t matter, 5/6 German tanks hit. Mercifully for once, the french miss one time.

How do I have 6 tanks left??? That’s actually only about 4-5 mech and artillery that I lost above average, it feels like it was even worse than that.

@oysteilo I did refrain from sending a destroyer to NSW

A major reason not to do J1 is to hit Yunnan with everything. I know about the stack Yunnan strategy but I don’t think I’ve seen THAT for a decade

My Jap airplanes are flying out over the Pacific, with Pearl Harbor in sight. They’re running out of fuel! Do the boys wake up and get in their Hawaii planes, interrupting their vacation, or do they sleep in?

Yeah, the half and half island is fine - cut off by the sea zone. No game play meaning

Pacific zones, Russia and China territory shapes will take time to get used to

Still waiting in suspense for Philippines fighter and two Hawaii fighters.
Maybe you should send up 1 Hawaii fighter to diversify.

Lost 2 infantry in Phi and only got 2 hits in Hawaii
Even the destroyer at Z35 hit, but was ABSORBED :D
