America needs everything, troops, transports planes, carriers, destroyers, subs tacs and heavy bombers. 72 IPC does not buy what I need. I need 172 ipc for 5 rounds

I think I need to stop and ask you to choose your first round casualties instead of my assumption, and you have the benefit of knowing your roll

If you keep your carrier, the subs get surprise strike on it but are then out of the battle

If you keep your destroyer, I can take the subs as casualties to your plane hits. I’m not sure what you would choose, so I’d better not assume.
