The alternative setup discussed in this thread

has been added to TripleA as a playable map. So no more edits required.

As the development process is still ongoing there is no version control at the moment.
So you will not be prompted to update the map called World War II v5 Second Edition.

To download the latest release including the new Setup simply remove your installed v5-map from within the “Download maps” dialogue, close the “Download maps” dialogue, reopen it and redownload the map.
This way you will always get the latest map-version (regardless whether you have been prompted about an update or not).

When downloaded choose the alternative setup as shown in the attached screenshot.

1. Open up “Gatekeeper”
Gatekeeper options are found in Apple menu > System Preferences… > Security & Privacy > General tab under the header “Allow applications downloaded from:”

2. Change “Allow Applications Downloaded From:” to “Anywhere”

3. You should now be able to open and use TripleA (and any other software).

Did you try that?

Also be sure to have the latest version of the Java Runtime Environment installed.
I don’t know which version comes preinstalled with your OS.

i love Triple A, but in the 1.7.0.1 version the objections don’t seem to be working anymore.

If you capture Stalingrad or Leningrad the 5 ipc is not counted. Only if you capture all of them (so russia too).

The same goes with the muliple objections (iraq, persia …) from Italy and (hawaii, calcuta) from Japan

I was going to ask, is this feature going to be made available soon?
