    It is not. Understanding what you should Buy at the beginning of the Turn based on how the Board is going to look at the end of the Turn is a skill you need to learn.

    1. I see you edited the US Turn Buy. Since there was no combat you could have just redone the US Turn with the revised Buy instead of doing the Edit. It is lazy to not redo the Turn. I will allow this Edit this one time only.

    2. I see you did not purchase anything for UK at all, Europe or Pacific. If it is your intention to save your money for a massive build next Turn fine. If it is your intention to do an edited Buy at the end of this Turn that is not okay. If so, since no combat has been rolled, redo the UK Turn starting over with the Purchase phase and resend.

    By the way, if you redo the UK Turn to change your Purchase Phase you MUST perform all non-combat moves exactly as before. No changes are allowed due to your having gained knowledge of my scramble decisions. In fact, I am making those scramble decisions at a disadvantage as I do not know your intended purchases. Thus, I MAY change my scrambling decisions once I receive your revised Turn, if you do one.

    Basically, I am allowing an Edit of your Purchase Phase when I do not have to. Thus, you may not gain an advantage being that I am doing so.
