Ground Units vs Air Units
-
Noob here,
wondering why ground units (infantry, artillery, tanks) can take out fighters and bombers. This makes AAA obsolete, as infantry costs less and has a greater attack value against air units. I understand that ground units had anti-air weaponry, but it still doesn’t make sense why a tank is on equal footing in 1v1 combat with an attacking fighter. Thanks. -

As the controlling Player gets to choose casualties infantry, artillery and tanks only get to kill air units at the very end of combat. Whereas, AAA guns kill them before the air units get a chance to attack.
