The French bonus won’t help it much against the early G move on Paris. But the cumulative effect of 2 extra builds on the front line instead of in Brittany, will put G on the defensive in Champ. G won’t be able to split its army and threaten southern F. G will spend more on the western front, without any gain in territory or income.
F will then research and build offensively, further threatening Champ. UK, freed from defending Paris, will increase spending on home fleet and threatening Scand, further tying up G resources. G will not be able to breakout in Africa, but will be defensive everywhere. The French bonus will take all the fun out of playing Germany.

Germany or France? I have wanted to have an easy game as the US for yonks but the one time Wayne doesn’t nab them Seb sneaks in!
