Normally one doesn’t allow these kinds of changes after dice have been rolled, but it wouldn’t have impacted the battle (your subs got the hits) and I appreciate you are new to league play. And I wouldn’t have scrambled given that htere were 2 battleships to soak to the hits.

God damnit, this is annoying.
There was in fact a third round with only flyers, where I scored another 2 hits.

I remember you scoring 17 hits in your last round, leaving my exactly with my 3 planes.
You had 8 tanks left at that point and Battle calculator gave me 68% to win with UK.That’s why I chose to fight another round with the planes and got 2 more hits (unfortunately no mail yet; I hope it might come later).

True, your 3 units + bomber can kill a mech or 2, reducing my chances even further. To be honest, I haven’t considered that in my calculations (because I didn’t have a choice anyway, I HAD to try).
As I said, even if I get Stalingrad, the game is not over. It still looks bad for me I think.
I am 95% sure that there were 6 tanks left at the end and I hope the mail comes later to prove it.
However, I also do understand your position and I was lucky in the first place to get that dice outcome.
So I can live with 7 tanks remaining in order for us to continue this game -
