you cannot ignore my subs. you need a surface warship for that. At least thats my understanding of the rules :-)

The rules that I see just mention warship. Nothing about needing to be a surface warship. Is there an update that clarifies that?

However, a transport cannot ignore enemy submarines to offload land units for an amphibious assault unless at least one warship
belonging to the attacking power is also present in the sea zone at the end of the Combat Move phase.
