Honestly, I am not 100% sure of the rules here. So both your destroyers at phi are dead by kamikaze and it appears you transport has retreated due to my sub.
Still you have unloaded to phi while phil is still yellow with an attacking mech at start of italy. In addition you have collected +5 ipc for the yellow phil
I am unsure if the kamikaze attack counts as a sea battle, if it does, then you are free to claim the phil while my sub is there.

Apparently I should have been able to conquer Philippines? Which means I should have had 7 more IPCS available for this round.
And you would have to reconquer Philippines or reduce your income by 2 PU for this round, correct?And of course i would not need to conquer Philippines again this round.
