Btw, question: if US takes Korea and Russia moves their units over there during NCM , does it mean in BM Japan can take Amur without transformation the Mongolian guys into Russian ones?

I double checked to make sure -
Mongolia is only affected by an attack by USSR or Japan. So if USA controls Korea, USSR moving in is not an attack. So Japan attacking Amur will transform Mongolia to red (because USSR never attacked an applicable territory yet)
