Moving out of mined sea zones

Mines activate both when moving in and out of a sea zone, right?
I’m asking this question because TripleA does not do this and the notes didn’t say you had to.

@superbattleshipyamato Mines are triggered by moving into or through a mined sea zone, but not out of one.
