@VictoryFirst it’s ok to have units bleed over name. Early game they’ll be empty anyway, and unless your Bad Ass @The-Captain Mode, that third Army Group is hard to come by :)

Hey, just a heads up, the first token for the armies is done. Luckily, when you’ve made one, the others are done too. You just need to change the name.
I tried to stick to the markers by the Captain as much as possible. Had some trouble finding an Iron Cross that looks exactly the same lol.
It actually costs way less time than I expected. I was very busy the last couple of days so I hadn’t started yet.
This is just a prototype by the way - if you notice something off, or something you don’t like and want to have different, let me know!
I went with 256x256 dimensions, hope that will work. Not sure though.
You also said in a previous post something about I should bust out some names. What do you mean by that exactly?

Yea the names for the boxes. They’ll be like TTy names. The way the boxes working, I’d keep all in one line and we can stick in the middle.
If there’s some overlap no biggie. Boxes will be empty some of the time anyway.
Name has to match though. I went with “1st Waffen” instead of “1st Waffen Army” for space purposes. I’ll post the names as I do the boxes.
Actually I’ll bust a list out and post it a bit later. Once i get my brain working lol

That looks pretty awesome to me! If I understand it correctly, we will put the names of the armies into these boxes? Is there a file I need to edit in order to do the names?
Can’t wait for the relief tiles - they make the game really come to life in my opinion!
@victoryfirst yea names are in the misc folder. The coordinates are in the decorations file. I usually pull the coordinates out of the centers file and use that as a starting point. Then tweak as needed
Finally got another box done. Idky it’s so hard. Works fine and then doesn’t. Have to redo it like 10 fckn times lol

I’m gonna give Bessarabia an overflow box. Start with 4. That gives em 10 before they hit UKR. Can boost it if needed. Probably give one to W UKR too.
Think UKR ok cuz it’ll flow over the border. We’ll just have to play it out and adjust as needed.
These boxes will still require some edit. They’ll work good on the attack and if you’re in a static situation. After they attack though, they can’t move again and if the opponent wants to attack, it’d be better to have them in the TTy so they don’t have to edit them because they can’t move em anyway.
Sometimes they’ll have too. Just to check battle calc if nothing else. If you’re trading back and forth, probably just want to leave em on the board.
NCM is probably the best time to move em to the boxes. Idk. Again, will just have to play it out and see what works best. I’m used to edit now. It’s just the more one edits, the more likely a mistake. That’s similar to the ftf board too though :)

I finished crunching the box layout. After latest update, I think it’ll be easier to just add them from scratch. I was considering that anyway, as I haven’t figured out the erase part completely yet.
Admittedly, I haven’t spent anymore time trying either though :) Something I definitely need to learn.
