Problem accessing games

Hi, I seem to be unable to continue any games I have ongoing… First I noticed my Username and Password settings had been removed and they are usually auto populated. Tried to change my password and I am able to login with my newly chosen password. However, it does not work when entering in that Username and new Password in the blue marked section.

What happened when you klicked the “Report to TripleA” button at the bottom of the error message?
This is most likely widely covered in the Support category, check for example this answer to the related issue:

But at first you should follow the “Report to TripleA” - workflow to see what is behind it.

@pejon_88 I have had the same issue, I can only keep the game playing through my laptop which at the moment has the login details autosaved. If i try to access through my pc then i get the same problem even though i have changed my password.
So if you receive a solution please post it! :pray: -

Also seems like the recommendation is to install the most recent release of TripleA. Will that not make any current games non-playable since they are started with a previous version?

Ok, downloading the latest pre-release solved it for me. I haven’t tried to post yet, but managed to come into the game at least. @wizmark you should try it too!

@wizmark I’ll be damned! Not only could I play ongoing games with the new version, but I could also post to Forum which haven’t worked for ages :) :)
One thing I saw though is that when selecting a territory to see defensive units in it, it only selected one country’s units instead of all so I seem to have to add all units manually. Might be a setting but couldn’t find it.

You could have done that with pre-releases “for ages”. It’s just that only a few people care to ask in / read this TripleA support category. :smirk:
However pre-releases might have other issues … so it is always a good idea to install both versions side by side.
