Interesting. Ran a sim and AA asks for a scramble decision from France to S. France. If the case, this should be explicitly noted in the rules (Notes to PTV).

I don’t understand, German fgt in France is adjacent to S.Fra. Unsure what the problem or question is. Should I review the file?
