The factory is destroyed as the territory becomes Chinese no matter what Allied Power captured it.

If a Japanese industrial complex is built on a Chinese territory and that territory is later recaptured by the Chinese or liberated by another Allied power, the industrial complex is removed from the game.

If the fighters die, Taranto is weakened.

Its a small exaggeration, a couple of my bombers always die, you’re going to want 6.  And I agree with you im building mechs and tanks and going east.

Gargantua said hes buying 6 tanks with Russia, I haven’t tried that.  Seems like so few infantry you only have like 20-23? or so to start with its tiny.

I’m going to get routed south in my current game (167 Axis) but im still going to take novogrod on G3 with ease, whatever his posture that’s a gimme.  Italy has 3 tanks and 3 mechs on the continent.  Attacking the Syrian air  stack left after Taranto wasn’t a good idea I lost 2 bombers.

You can also speed the game up drastically by starting everyone at war including the USA. Yes everyone at war.

We started at 3:00 PM and finished at 2:30 PM the next day with a one-hour catnap.  We were able to complete 2 games of 1940 & one game of 1942.  I one 2 out of three games. (one1940 and one 1942)

Get NSW BACK AS FAST AS POSSIBLE.

Focus your American Fleet in Hawaii IF you can hold there.  Make sure you don’t lose Hawaii or it’s game.

Put your focus into killing Japanese ground units, so that their ability to take your territories is limited.

Don’t let england fall to the Nazi’s,  focus British energies on killing the german navy, and taking norway/finland, and helping the reds hold onto Novisibirsk.  Fight the German units for every square inch of Russia, watch out for Blitzes and Italian can opener style attacks.

Try to kill the Italian navy however possible.  Perhaps with remnant indian fleet.
