@Witt You’ve been lucky with tech dice and its been very helpful to you against Germany. You switched to researching land defense in hopes of getting bunkers for your trenches in N. Rhodesia. You got propaganda instead. But propaganda gives you 3 infantry every turn, worth 9 p.u., and they don’t count against your London I.C. build capacity. So, it’s like getting a free I.C. in England. You build 5 ships and get 3 infantry from one I.C.
