Found this locally for $120, wondering where to sell it and if it will be sold at all?

Hello! I picked this up for $120 and I’m wanting to know where I can sell this game and if people will buy it at all? On Ebay there are 3 listings, one being used for $325 and the other “new” ones going for $599. What is your advice, and are there any other places where I can sell this?

All I know it that there’s a 2008 (maybe I’m wrong the yar version) and a 2017 version. The box is a little different p, that’s how you tell.

To clarify, it’s the 2008 version in new condition but without the sealed wrapper
