I was looking at the North Africa game’s American sculpts and I noticed that they are a much brighter green than my 1940 2nd Edition American sculpts. My question is does anyone know if the Renegade reprints of 1940 2nd edition still have the darker olive green colored sculpts from the old one, or are they utilizing this newer brighter green sculpts?
Which is the best sea unit?

I am making a video on sea units and would like to include a poll. It will be interesting to see which units the community favours.
If you’d like to take part please choose one sea unit from one of the standard versions of A&A and comment your answer below, or send in a personal message to me.So, which do you think is the best sea unit?
Thanks!

@corporalclegg G40. Destroyer, without a doubt. Blocking is by far the most powerful role a single unit can be used in.
After that, battleships in the Atlantic, and carriers, in the Pacific. Subs are fun, but too easily countered by destroyers.
I feel like there’s another kind of naval warship, but I can’t remember ever buying it… hmm, must’ve been a dream.

@hengst Destroyers and submarines.

@hengst thank you for the vote, hengst!

The whole point of a fleet is to allow you to move land (and air) units around, or to stop the enemy doing so. So I am going to vote for transports (and carriers)!

@private-panic thanks for the vote! I’m counting it as a vote for the transport ship

@corporalclegg Yes CC. When you are safely building and moving loaded transports you know your admirals have been fighting a good war.
