Combined Turns for Faster Play

I loved the struggle for europe map!! How the guy created it himself. Its so dam big! And he said he has a pacific map already! Imagine how big it would be joined together!!

In the 90’, I played a couple of Xeno game and with and without gamerparadise rules.
It was well balanced but not enough for me.
The rules are not bad but the gameboard is ugly.
Over the year me and my friend changes the rules and created our own map.

Should propose that in the delta threads!  Great idea!  Would seriously punish a round 12 invasion of Spain (+8 more defending infantry?  EEK!)

and maybe an exception for US and UK in Normandy only

Well you could have everyone roll a D6 and the highest one gets to move first that would make it hard to plan out the game for everyone.

Or you could take the number of battle victories that turn and use that as a basis of who goes first. The country that has the most victories has the combat initative and then gets to go first. In cases of a tie use the current IPC value to determine the tie-breaker.

Just a few thoughts.

RE:Coast Watchers…
If a naval force is seen would the coast watcher identify…
…1 or more(unspecified #) of trans, DD, BB or CV?
… Would Subs(SS) go undetected?
…Should weather be a factor? All coast watchers roll for acquisition. Fog hides on a roll of 1(d6), except in the UK sz where fog hides on a roll of 1 or 2(d6). Storm hides on a roll of 6(d6).
