I attacked Moscow with a single tank that hit. Reasonable choice can be aa gun, inf or bomber (US or UK); odds for possible German assault are hardly affected and slightly over 60% with heavy TUV loss in case I should attack. So for the actual situation it depends a bit on your expectation for me to attack or delay: do I want to prepare the former or just trade a tank for a bomber? :-)
