So both andrew and myygame have suggested running your enemies and allies turn one full turn ahead. So for instance, I play Russia local and then do J, US, B, I,A,F and Germany before i return and do the email turn.

@dawgoneit we considered a tutor game. Out of box for sure bid 33 we will each do a complete rounds ahead of our own turn and then discuss what we think is the best option and the best future sort of cooperative predicting what the other side will do.
