@oysteilo I highly doubt british will war anzac, but if you wanna war anzac, go ahead :P
@oysteilo to be specific, there is no universe where japan and british and anzac are not at war at start of turn 4. As such any ship belonging to anzac and british will block japan. However if for some reason neither japan nor british or anzac declare, then yes the anzac destroyer will not block. It is a non-issue however.

@oysteilo I moved a sub and a destroyer, I prolly forgot to remove the destroyer and the sub from where I moved them from 6+8 =14 which is the difference. Thank you for spotting that. You can just remove a sub and destroyer from the java fleet and its fine. I am sorry I missed that, was doing the edit before going to work and will be more thorough next time.
