Transports don’t block subs but subs DO block transports. -
@karl7 not sure how you want to do the edit for the Formosa attack. You got a hit with one attacking fighter so you could take out the infantry…but my infantry also got a hit so you would lose your fighter. Did you want to keep the attack results or keep your fighter?
