Yes. Air attacks (other than SBRs) work in the same way as any other attack. The attack continues until one side or the other (or both) is destroyed, or the attacker retreats (or the defender submerges if it’s a sub).
A&A Revised King Size Special

Shortly after the release of Axis & Allies Revised 2004, we came up with a design for a King Size Special Edition map.
We mass produced this special designed game board - and it was used by players around the World.
Note:
Some territories have their names changed (compared to the original game board), since we wanted fx. the Eastern Front to “look more Historically correct”.The OOB Set Up is printed on the game board - to make it easier & faster to set upo the playing pieces.
We still have some “new” and un-used game boards left - even though the game has now been retired from our play groups.
