Convoy Dice

I prefer D2 systems after using D12 for many years. D2 offers alot of flexibility. For example Infantry defend at 2 and attack at 1, etc

Usually, you can just flip a coin to decide if your attacking or defending. However you do need a D12 for shore bombardment rolls only, since the BB hits on 1-3.

AKA: Hit Dice… there are already many options like this out there, including different colored dice for which are 1-hit, 2-hit, 3-hit, etc… both IWNGU and Young Grasshopper offer Hit Dice as an alternative to the national battle dice.

I just don’t think you folks understand what im looking at. The picture is forthcoming because i don’t actually own it, but i game with it for like 25 years.

They have a turn, I believe, before the US player. The US player usually controls them, but they are still play as their own country. They have their own rules, which you will need to study.

You don’t necessarily have to have the Chinese dice, but is cool to own them, if you can get them.

I had considered etching the country and seazone borders into the bottom of the acrylic topper on our topograhical board.  Would have been very cool, but too difficult at the time (skill level required was beyond me at the time).

I don’t think it would have been particularly prone to breakage.  Acrylic sheets are pretty resiliant.  SCRATCHING on the other hand would be a major issue to deal with.
