I object to the move of leaving Normandy and/or Southern France French so that USA can’t use the ICs there, even though I am using it. I’m with Gargantua on this one although he is focused on allowing them to be left USA owned. They never get that way if Axis don’t take them.

Bummer. Was a miscue that I used too many planes for Kwangtung. Dreamed you wouldn’t take advantage.
