The Aussie attack was a weak. Neither the BB or CA bombardment has any effect and the rolls for the US were horrible. With only about a 45% chance of victory, the Allies need a little luck.

The US invasion of S. Italy was disappointing, leaving 2 more tanks than expected. I suspect your 44% for the UK invasion did not take into account naval bombardment by three CAs, two of which hit. If the tac from S.IT. between 67 and 75% success with bombardment.
