it’s one of those things where you have “12 IPC’s left” and someone is wanting to build ships but dont just want 2 subs

This rule is part of the Axis & Allies Global 1940 2E, House Rules Expansion.

Naval Task Forces at sea brought with them Support & Supply Ships - in order to perform their operations - and make necessary repairs without depending on a Port.

This is reflected in the Capital Warship Damage rule.

The largest Battleships ever built, were limited in numbers - but extremely powerfull.

For use with Axis & Allies Global 1940 2E, House Rules Expansion:

This is an example of a German Panzer Army (1st. Panzer Army). To display the Panzer General Unit, we use a Tiger I. The other 5 panzer units in the Panzer Army are Panther tanks.

The German Panzer Army is identical to a US Tank Army, Soviet Tank Army and UK Tank Army.

The combat strength of a Panzer Army (or Tank Army) is 10 dice rolls in each round of combat - for as long as the Panzer Army is intact (no combat losses).

Completely true! The ANZAC declaration following a UK Pacific ship move is a classic! I can’t imagine anyone taking issue with that.

However, you’re ignoring the second half of that…

It’s taking the Carolines after initiating a war that leaves the US out of the fight that is the issue, leaving the transports vulnerable and stripping defenses from ANZAC itself. I can’t imagine a scenario where that would be wise.

It is best to buy Mechs and can open and support Germany on the East Front. If the opportunity arises, and the U.K. and US player allow it, buy a DD to keep your convoying down. Don’t make it easy for the Allies to deny you income. German Fts often have to park in Rome to scramble to sink Subs.
Playing Italy is about bothering the Allies, forcing them to spend in the Med, when they want to go East, towards the ME.

Also don’t forget the turn is 6 whole months . It’s not unrealistic.
