@franklin_cain yea it’d make sense for it to be Dutch and German controlled. Treat it the same as the Dutch Territories in the Pacific and the Chinese ones controlled by Japan.

You could house rule it. I guess that way Italy could get it if they conquered it after Germany lost it. I’ve never seen Germany build a major there or even a minor : )

I suppose Poland, Norway and Denmark should be treated as Neutrals though. Vyborg, Baltic States and Bessarabia for USSR too. Maybe Poland Pro-Allies ? Vyborg Pro-Axis ? Hmm … I’d say no to Vyborg.

Thanks for bringing to our attention that this was omitted in the rule book. The Air Transport may continue to move up to the limit of it’s movement capacity after it drops off an Infantry class unit on Non-Combat Movement and then land in a friendly territory. The Air Transport and the unit being transported do not have to begin the turn in the same territory. The Air Transport may only transport 1 Infantry class unit per turn.

For use with Axis & Allies Global 1940 2E, House Rules Expansion:

This is an example of a German Panzer Army (1st. Panzer Army). To display the Panzer General Unit, we use a Tiger I. The other 5 panzer units in the Panzer Army are Panther tanks.

The German Panzer Army is identical to a US Tank Army, Soviet Tank Army and UK Tank Army.

The combat strength of a Panzer Army (or Tank Army) is 10 dice rolls in each round of combat - for as long as the Panzer Army is intact (no combat losses).

Detailed information about a Panzer Army is available in the Axis & Allies Global 1940 2E House Rules Expansion.

That way, all facilites under constuction are subject to strategic bombing or capture.

There is also an optional rule (15.8) to declare multi-stage ships under construction. It’s more realistic that way.

Two points

Airborne Inf. aren’t very effective attackers, attacking at 3/2. By the numbers a couple of militia is a sufficient garrison to probably win.

Using airbases to scramble into adjacent zones where an airborne assaults are taking place. You do however need one defending unit there though.
