Does Risk suck?

It is a pity these units are not more ‘same scale’. Still these vehicles seem to be OK when compared to size of Axis and Allies tank.

+1 for LOTR risk. It was actually the game that then got me into A&A!

Hopefully, those risk games end before the cards trade in for too many armies.

40+ armies for such a trade, added to regular production could build in a lottery mentality for your kids.

A&A has steadier reinforcement per turn and favors frontal defensive stacking .  This playing style would often lose in risk .

It’s readily available at Target in the US for $30.00. It will be a while before I get to play it but it looks really fun!

Yeah, that is a good way to lose fast.

I think having the 9 year old made that happen!  :-D

Don’t worry, I had a coworker that teamed up with me but the other two guys told him to do the opposite of everything I said….while it wasn’t my fastest lost ever, I almost went to jail for murder.

Well, he is still young. Gotta make some mistakes.

Played many hours of LOTR Risk, great board. Love the strongholds and leaders.
