@artofwar1947 Well, I don’t know what else to do. This is fortress Europe.

1x damage UK carrier (2)
1x kill UK destroyer (3)
1x kill US destroyer (4)
@nikola1975
surface & air score 9 more hits.
@artofwar1947 It’s difficult if I don’t see the battle and what I have scored. It would be nice to send me savegame so I can assign losses. This is a lost battle sure, but still it might be important on how many I can kill.
@artofwar1947
1x sink UK carrier (1)
1x sink US carrier (2)
3x sink US destroyers (5)
2x sink UK carrier (9)
The Japanese have taken 7 VCs and held them 1 turn, which triggers an Axis victory (by my understanding of the rules).
@artofwar1947 Hm, you are right. Well done!
Thank you.
It was challenging. The US can build up so quickly with a J-1. Unless the Axis has more than +5 bid, I am not sure a J-1 is feasible.
Well, it proved well for you, except in China. You might want to try it against someone who will be better in breaking the Europe defence. It was first time I played against extremely defensive Axis in Europe, it seemed you were only waiting for my mistakes. Playing allied strategy with axis, so to speak.
I had my hands full in the Pacific. I had to put resources into the Atlantic Wall so I was not scrambling on two fronts. Moved as fast as I could against Russia and in the Pacific, but it seemed that you were always creating problems in one or both places, which greatly slowed the Axis’ progress.
@artofwar1947 Well, Pacific was ok, except overlooking VCs, but now looking back, maybe I should have gone slower in the Atlantic. I lost too much money in fleets being destroyed. I should have probably been very patient, build up and focus on one point. As it was, I probably lost 30+ American transports in the Atlantic :)
