    @surfer Well the idea of putting the sub in sz 19, is for you to make a choice for your tt, if your attack the sub. the tt has to stay in the sz 19, or can be move if you do an amphibious assault, if you want to move the tt to sz 6, the sub has to alive and roll for convoy otherwise why would I sacrifice a sub just for fun!

  • @sovietishcat Not completely. The transport can leave with the CVs and goto SZ6 during combat. The DD and other units will kill the sub. What it does do is prevent me from taking 2 inf from Japan and shuttling them back to Kiangsu this turn.

    I just forgot to move the transport out of the combat area, and thus my edit.

    @surfer It’s player enforce, if you look at the notes, (PE) TripleA should not allow non-combat moves to be done during combat move phase.

    If your transport leaves the sz 19, it’s for combat moves ( ie amphibious assault)

    Please let Kriegshund give it another calrification about your situation with all the aspects of it.
    SovCat performed a legal Sub hack here and it is basically a matter of the opponents decission on whether or whethernot to attack the sub with the following effects on it.
