And yes, Army of Africa were used as shocktroops. 3/3 vs 2/4 is still similar total value of stats but for a smaller unit size. The air transport can not be sunk. And lend lease an airborne with the Axis and Republicans need to take care of not being surrounded by leaving too many spaces empty. I would appreciate playtesting results. Designers can miss things in initial game testing. I am only human after all, don’t put the blame on me 😉

That way, all facilites under constuction are subject to strategic bombing or capture.

There is also an optional rule (15.8) to declare multi-stage ships under construction. It’s more realistic that way.

I must have misread that rule somewhere to read territory when that wasn’t the case!

And again, I definitely overlooked the word Attacked in the reference sheets!

In my opinion:
The spirit of that event is to decrease Britain’s and France’s Peacetime income, delaying their entry into the war.
If they are already at war I don’t think the SCW would “decrease democracies’ appetite for war.”

If it were me I would leave the UK and French income alone, and decrease the US income by 1.

@Wildcat6305 Thank you for confirming! I was 99% sure. This is my brothers first time playing, so he’s had his own opinions on what some of the rules mean, so I’ve had to explain a lot.

Yeah, that’s why I wanted to specify that Yugoslavia and Greece had also been attacked. He starts the game at war with Abyssinia, and Albania isn’t technically an attack, so I knew those didn’t count.

@sjelso Ozteas 41 is the best mod for G40 imo.
