Eureka Thanks Elrood. I uninstalled all versions of Triplea, reinstalled the latest version and erased the latest save game and downloaded it again. Then opened the game launcher and opened the save game from the game launcher and pbf came up. I think that previously, when I opened the latest save game to view it when not taking my turn, I opened the save game directly, not through the Triplea launcher. That might have transferred the bug to the launcher.

French is still on the defense. Italy is confined. US cannot get Germany out of Mexico. Serbia is gone. Arabs are gone.
Britain has a lot on its plate…I say it is time the Russian bear is moving already! :-D

The Entente has high 40’s easy income from Africa. G can’t be distracted from priority in Europe by spending too much in DarES, and once G is contained there, Entente’s only other garrison requirement is Cairo. CP is best suited for land warfare and can’t afford to try to achieve naval superiority in Med. Perhaps African colony income should be an area of consideration to rebalance the game. G in DarES makes for interesting variety in game play, but CP needs another avenue to challenge the golden goose of the Entente.

@fmerwinrommel The game is generally decided by around turn 10 on whether the CPs have expanded enough usually into either France/Russia/Italy to get close to income parity. If they do then the game tends to open up some, if they don’t then it ends up the CP just defend their territory for a while til the Entente have overwhelming numbers.

@elrood Based on past games and assuming no major Entente mistakes, yes. CPs don’t really have much opportunity left to increase their income as almost all fronts have now stabilized.
