@midnight_reaper that’s a cool idea and I might have to try it. However I don’t like the idea of getting advancements for free, which is why I like some sort of facility to buy. Since the G40 R&D board seems to have the better advances on one side I’d say you have to roll a 1-4 to get the 1 column, and 5-6 to get the second. Maybe even through in an added cost to get 1-3 & 4-6. But again with that, I think countries should have to build the facilities in their capitol instead of anywhere and starting with them.

OK then i ask you to finish and resolve the convoy rules your currently discussing with GG. They are going into phase 2 i suspect. I will then take the finished ruleset draft and add “spice” and proper accoutraments.
On the player aids ill add the boxes and such and email everything back to you.

Actually if you look that is a Phase 3 Income discussion, unless you are referring to the individual “idea” being in phase 2… I think we will have it complete by the end of next week or earlier…

sure you can but we still need the missing information to be complete. look over the file and repost whats missing and well look around for the missing pieces of the puzzle and finish up.
