Your screenshot seems to indicate that you did not start the game loading @barnee 's savegame, as the name of the savegame would appear under “Loaded Savegame”.
So what did you do?

@FranceNeedsMorePower Start with https://axisandallies.fandom.com/wiki/Category:1939 and see if there are any scenarios you like. You will download them from the in-game downloader or the TripleA site.

@FranceNeedsMorePower I doubt that it will ever be done. There are a number of mods that implement Axis & Allies: D-Day some form but no one ever made the engine mods needed to have all the rules.

Just to bring it to attention:

In AA50 - when using Heavy Bombers for SBR - TripleA adds +1 to the best result of the two rolls, when it should only be
“You roll two dice for each bomber and select the best result when you attack or make a strategic bombing raid.”

I will try to report that on tripleadev, too.

(In Global 1940 this extra +1 is not added, although in both games “LHTR Heavy Bombers” is marked in the Game Options.)
