We can start another also. I do have one tweak I forgot: ships may enter sea zone 16, but only for Bulgaria/Romania.
@gribble I don’t think I can reclaim it, I think Russia is the only army I did completely screw up with. We can play again, just know if we go for the hat trick, then we will be playing the Middle Earth map.
