It’s an ok way to do it, but an alternative is to go to map options after having chosen the map. There you can apply the bids as IPC. Not a necessity though.

That’s tough. I expected to lose a bit of TUV, but the main idea of scrambling was to cull the Luftwaffe. With these dice it was far beyond my expectations.
It’s very tough for Germany to lose a lot of its air at the start.
