@sovietishcat i should not have moved my navy to SZ 109 in an attempt to convoy the British. that was a big mistake. I think London would have been mine if i didn’t do that. i was too focused on the middle east / the far east when i should have put more effort towards london sooner. I concede this one. Japan would have done well or better had you not commited as much russian resources to SE asia that you did. we traded calcutta a few times until i couldn’t recapture it and attempt to hold it. i also made that mistake of moving that Japanese navy to the Phillipines from Malaya. good game… i feel it was quite close… until it wasnt lol.
Moving your fleet in sz 109, was not a bad idea, but you should have block me with 1 dd! Even if I had average dice with USA, UK was right there to finish the navy. But ya I felt you were in control for the major part of the game, and you had lots of power and $$ with Germany, but by capturing Japan you would have to take 9 VCs with Germany. I think if you were just a bit more conservative with Japan I would have no chance! GG :grin:

i think another one was i thought you were still another turn away from attacking Japan. but … yea i definitely should have stopped placing units in Malaya and should have only stacked Japan… oh well.
