No thank you, thanks for the invite though! I’m very busy and your rules seem to take a while to learn (no offence), but I hope you find someone.

I’m using a house rule from an expansion set for the Global War 1936-1945. The rules didn’t translate very well to the A&A Global 40 game so I wrote some of my own. I have a video which will explain the rule that I will give you a link for. I also made a chart to use the tokens that you get with the set.I’ll provide a link to download the chart if you are interested in using this rule. The file is a re-writeable WORD file so you can change the rules to whatever you want them to be.It only cost me about 6 bucks to have the file printed on both sides and laminated.

With the political exile option for the UK, our group has decided to give Germany a 10 IPC NO for control of London.

My bad, I somehow got Vladivostok and kamkatcha confused. But yes, just rearrange railroad to its ACTUAL spot. Sorry again.

It is intended to be played with the starting board.

Fg A2D2M4C8, 1 hit, all hit destroy an enemy plane first, if there is any.
Give +1A/D to any TcB paired with.

TacB A2D3M4C10, 1 hit, gain +1 A/D when paired 1:1 with any Fg or Tank.
Can do a Tactical bombing raid vs AB and NB.

Now, the Fleet Carrier is A0D2M2C16, 2 hits, can now hold up to 3 planes.

This point is for balancing vs OOB full carrier with 2 planes:
2 Fgs= A6D8C20 (.7pt/IPC)  / 1 Fg+1TcB= A7D7C21 (.67pt/IPC)

3 TcBs= A6D9C30 (.5pt/IPC)
2 TcBs + 1 Fg = A7D9C28 (.57pt/IPC), but with Air Supremacy can rise to A10D10C28 (.71pt/IPC)
1TcB+2 Fgs= A7D8C26 (.58pt/IPC), but with Air Supremacy can rise to A8D8C26 (.62pt/IPC)
3 Fgs= A6D6C24 (.5pt/IPC)

There is probably some changes to compensate for the weaker planes units.
For instance, 1 CV with 1 Fg and 1 TcB should be added an additional Fg on board.
You can also put on board a Fleet Carrier 1 TcB or 1 Fg when there is 1 plane on a CV and at least 1 Fg or TcB in a Naval Base nearby.

Since in this HR TacB gets the best defensive value, it should be better to put on the initial board a TcB instead of an OOB Fg and put a Fg instead of a TacB.

Best A-bomb rule is by making OP as all hell. As-to make the other side just think ‘well i’ve lost, may as well not prolong it’.

-Rolls dice against all enemy units @ 5 or lower to kill
-Maximum damage to all facilities
-Hit any land territory you like

Another good idea it to make ALL technology incredibly powerful.
-Advanced artillery supports 3 Infantry, and 1 Tank
-Warbonds gives 3 dice worth of IPCs
-Long-range aircraft allow planes to land on islands as if they were part of the sea-zone, allows them a scramble range of 2, and for land battles
-Heavy bombers roll 3 dice and pick 2.
-Improved mech Infantry allow 1 Infantry that start in the same territory to move 2 spaces
-Rockets can destroy 1 land unit (owner chooses)

Also, perhaps when the combined allies/axis is greater than X over the combined allies/axis, they generate one VP?

This would solve the turtle issue forcing whichever side to come out and fight or face defeat.

Example: is axis have 25+ more IPC combined than allies, +1 VP per turn as long as they have this advantage.

Secondly, the axis and allies start with a different number of VC, so you might have to assign different values for every city, rather than blanket the map with fixed values for each city.

The ability to gain objectives matters alot toward balancing…which is one of the main reasons why i don’t like NO’s because they are not equal in terms of capturing/protecting…partly why the OOB setup was imbalanced IMO.

Well i choose another way to make my map.

I bought a world map (4 x 6). -$30.00-

I repainted the territories with oil paint except the ocean ( Because the ocean has the proper blue color) -$10 for the oil paint-
Than I recovered the whole map with a clear self-adhesive vinyl to protect the map and bingo!
