Sure, you probably will win anyway but without some mistakes… it’s like in Chess, you must always be careful, a single wrong move and it’s all lost eh eh

Yes, it was one of the reasons I favoured a landing in Norway as you can escort bombers to both West Germany and Germany from there. The plan was to push on from there to at least Leningrad, but that may have been optimistic and losing 20+ units carelessly didn’t help. Not sure the Finish would be super happy about hosting the Russians either…

At least two factories can be placed up there, saving on transports (which I also have a habit of being a little too careless with).

@malmessi74 The economic warefare (subs and strategic bombers) approach I tried has had mixed results I feel, certainly stopped Italy from building much but not sure if the IPCs spent on bombers and figthers have been worth it overall but it was interesting to try. The subs have been very cost effective for the convey blockading as they haven’t needed protecting from the big air forces on the mainland.
