Thanks for pointing that out. I didn’t notice that. Since the Italian fighters missed on Round 1 if the US destroyer had hit on Round 2 I would have rolled the bomber separately to see if it got a hit on Round 1. Since the destroyer missed on Round 2 and the Italian fighters hit on Round 2 it makes no difference.
