Can i suggest using forum dice for gas? Is much less messy.
- start the battle (before dice are rolled or the territory is chosen)
- roll for gas in the forum
- edit the game and remove gas and casualties
- pick abterritory and resume with the first battle round

@private-panic Is much harder… i don’t think you can edit damage to Battleships… so that throws that really off… :-(

Never could figure out how to perform forum dice. Unlikely to use gas again in this game as USA, Rus or Italy. Best used against a few heavily entrenched defenders, or if lots of gas can be produced when troops take too long to out-produce the defenders.

is really simple, just write:
[Dice 3d6] but write dice (small ‘d’) instead of Dice. Then it should trigger that service.
