Maybe those interested in a fix (provided it is a TripleA issue - what is not yet proven) should post in
https://forums.triplea-game.org/topic/3061/marti-issues
to show their support.
The following site advertises online casino quality dice stored on the server side: https://api.random.org/pricing
It also keeps statistics: https://www.random.org/statistics/
These dice are generated by atmospheric noise and not a Pseudo random generator.
Since Marti is this monolithic tool which I don’t know who runs, how it runs, whether the dice are statistically random, whether it uses a PRG or not, etc…, I’d like to have an option like random.org for dice where the dice can be checked on their server before going through triplea.
Per this post, can you add another dice server option, with server side verification, that is independent of Marti and axisandallies? Thanks
I recommend that you post your feature request here:

It is more likely that a TripleA developer will notice that over there.
